Edamame Salad

An Eat Offbeat first: part Middle Eastern, part Nepali, and entirely new and delicious! We start with cooked edamame beans, mix them up with shredded cabbage, diced tomato, and sprout beans (those would be the little dark green guys), and then jazz it up with garlic, coriander, mint, ginger, lemon, and chat masala. Fresh, bright, and super addictive!
